BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used most commonly to improve the look of moderate-to-severe frown lines between the brows in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time (temporary).
BOTOX® Cosmetic is administered by Dr. Davis personally with an eye toward minimizing downtime and maximizing a flattering result. The treatment is a simple, nonsurgical treatment that is injected directly into the muscles between the brows. It works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes moderate to severe lines to form between the brows. The efeects typically last between 3 to 5 months at initial use, but can last much longer with consistent, continual use. BOTOX® is popular for the singular reason that it works, and it works well, and Dr. Davis has been providing this treatment personally for more than two decades. Dr Davis also gives you a choice in your botulism formulation and brand. Most recently, he has been using the latest formulation known as Daxxify®, which can last up to twice as long as other forms of botulism toxin injections.
