Please note that an email sent by our clinic will be secure and encrypted both ways if you use the reply button within the secure webmail server when you receive an email from our clinic. However, if you start a new thread, security will be dependent on the level of protection provided by your email provider until it reaches our inbox where it is always encrypted. The first time you rteceive an email from us, you will be asked to provide a unique pass-phrase that can easily be saved so you are not asked again. Our secure servers are operated by Hushmail.
